In the midst of the Covid situation, our local river rafting company made a number of changes that included selling our guide house and property in the Illinois Valley. It was not the most opportune time to sell and finding a realtor to take on the marketing of the property and diligently and fairly representing us was daunting. We interviewed numerous area realtors and eventually chose Amy. No matter what the issue, Amy addressed it promptly and professionally. She marketed the property enthusiastically, offered guidance when multiple offers were made, and was always available when questions arose. She was terrific.
