She worked overtime straightening things out and finally got this difficult sale done.

I worked with Amy to sell my commercial property which had been on the radar of the county for awhile due to some zoning issues I wasn't aware of when I purchased the property. I wish I had her with me when I purchased and I probably would have never got into that situation but that's besides the point. So to say it was hard to find a buyer is an understatement but she was determined to get it sold. We were also dealing with one of the worst realtors(the buyer) of all time that was not easy to work with at all and was actually a very rude individual. So when Amy's experience actually made me an extra 4000 dollars on the deal due to that realtors incompetence after being so difficult. It was a good end to a tring deal.
