Amy was definitely the best realtor to have as a first time homebuyer. She never gave up on helping me find a home even when I was ready to give up myself. She had so much knowledge with real estate and was honest with me if she didn’t like the way a home looked or if she didn’t think it would be a good home for me. Amy helped me through the entire process. I had no idea what I was doing. I always felt confident that she was being honest and had my best interests in mind. I know we all have to make money to stay in business and with that in mind, I felt the commission was fair. I never could have managed selling my home and buying another without Amy's help. We recommend Amy as a realtor she is very knowledgeable about the area and if she doesn't know something about a listing she is really excellent in finding out anything you want or need to know. We came from out of state from Florida and she was excellent at emailing us listings to consider even before we made our trip to North Carolina to look for houses. With Amy's help we were able to find the house we were looking for in three day's. She also is very kind and friendly we found it very easy working with her. She was with us every step of the way and was there when we signed our closing papers and if we forgot to ask something she was so excellent at reminding us and helping us remember things we needed to ask.
