Amy Melesky

We were very happy to have Amy as our realtor. She was referred to us through a co-worker and I would highly recommend her. Amy was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. She was very attentive to what we were looking for and focused on properties that met our needs/wants. She was very familiar with the area we were interested in and kept a watchful eye on new listings that matched what we were looking for and informed us right away of these properties. We had worked with Amy a year prior when we were looking for land. That did not work out, so we reached back out to Amy about a year later based on the change in our needs. Amy always made herself, or an individual on her team, available to work with our schedule to look at listings. There was an incident with a listing agent of a property we were initially interested in and the listing agent was not being totally open about certain aspects of the listing. Amy stepped in and handled things for us with that listing agent and ended the "aggressive" calls we were receiving from them. She even negotiated a final purchase price that was much lower than what we anticipated. We would highly recommend Amy!
