Good communicator

I chose Amy because I worked with her previously in another capacity. I chose her because I knew her to be an upstanding person that I could trust. This was my first time selling a home so I needed a lot of guidance and I needed to trust the person in charge to have my best interests in mind. In a tough market, Amy was solid throughout. She kept a good balance of honesty and helping me not to become discouraged. If there was something she didn't know - she said it and found the answers/solutions. Lovely person and loves her job.
