There were many points where I felt overwhelmed and stressed, but with her guidance I was able to get through it all, and I set myself up for success. She had no issue negotiating seller assistance and explaining to sellers exactly what my budget was and what I needed to be able to go through with the sales. During home viewings she didn’t just sit back and let me on my own. She would help me find everything that may be a problem and go through the pros and cons of every house we saw.
