With our prospective move in May/June 2020 the pandemic created another set of issues to include in the mix of buying a different property. I'm generally a hard negotiator but given the fluid nature of the market Amy was able to convince me that being stingy on a few thousand dollars wasn't worth it in this case. We went under contract in less than two days and the subsequent two weeks witnessed five of the six remaining lots in the development sell. She also had numerous calls subsequent to our signed offer wanting details on the property.

When we got ready to move from Ohio to Iowa our relatives in the area suggested we contact Amy and Tyler. They were amazing taking time with us and answering all of our questions. As we were moving across state lines we needed extra support. We came in person and they showed us homes, but we didn't initially find the right home for us. They encouraged us to keep looking and we did. The homes in Ankeny sell so quickly that Tyler suggested we view them through Facebook Messenger. We ultimately bought the home we saw this way. They supported us every step of the way and made what could have been a difficult experience smooth and easy. They were so friendly and professional it was great to work with them!
