She was instrumental in helping get the house ready for the sale process - recommending what we should concentrate on fixing, cleaning up, and staging to get the house ready to sell, and was in constant communication as the process proceeded, providing her expert guidance in setting expectations while working hard to get the house sold. She did not sugar coat anything - she was realistic in expectations for a sale in a challenging buyers market. Her real estate knowledge was key to getting the house seen by potential buyers, negotiating all aspects of the sale and making sure the closing went smoothly.
