Amy Lee recently represented me as the listing agent for the sale of my home. As I was getting the house ready to put on the market I told her than when it was time to list I wanted her to hit the ground running, and thats exactly what she did. Amy Lee shines at marketing. We were on the market for 18 days and had over 1300 views on Zillow. Her photographer created beautiful pictures and video of the house. Amy Lee followed up with the agents after every showing. One buyer had questions about the zoning of open space behind the house and I assumed she would direct the agent to the Douglas County website where they post zoning maps. Instead she went into the office and obtained more detailed maps to provide the buyers’ agent. I was not living at the house and she took it upon herself to stop in and check to see if anything needed sprucing up after the showings. Our house sold for a lot more than expected with Amy's help. Yes, Colorado is a hot market but Amy spared no expense in promoting it. I think the #1 reason for the quick sale and multiple bids was the fabulous photography. The photographers spent a full morning taking pictures and they showed the house in the best possible light. She also has a stager who made realistic suggestions for arranging furniture and decluttering and even helped move the furniture. Shortly after we started this process, covid became a huge factor. Amy was patient and supportive during the weeks that we wavered about proceeding. She did her best to ensure that everyone involved took appropriate safety measures. Amy is friendly and personable.
