This was a unique sale experience, which I think applies to both us as sellers as well as Amy, as our agent. Initial optimism was quelled by market reality. Pre-realtor we felt the market would bear $X. Initial market enthusiasm suggested that $1.25X might prevail. Changing interest rates provided some pricing challenges to which a successful sale was made at the original $X. To wit, we complain not one bit about the final selling point or how Amy helped us negotiate some of the messy parts related to this sale. We appreciate all that she did for us. She is #1 professional and #2 pleasant to deal with.

Amy was recommended to me from a past realtor friend. I don’t live in Oregon and needed a local realtor to help with the property sale. The property was occupied by tenants and Amy navigated a very challenging situation with the tenants and was able to arrive to a final agreement that made it work for both sides. The tenants eventually decided to buy the property.
