I recently sold my house with Amy Koch and the experience was beyond professional and efficient. This sale was not an easy sale due to the fact that the realtor on the other side was not helpful or efficient, so it forced Amy to go above and beyond her normal selling responsibilities to help the buyers side along with the process. Had it not been for Amy's knowledge of transactions and pushing the process along, the sale probably would not have occurred. Amy has incredible "street smarts" to understand the buyer or the seller and how market trends locally are affecting comps for homes that could affect the selling or buying prices. She has access to great data and has the ability to talk with other highly educated realtors to fine tune any sort of deal. Many realtors will sell you on promises, but you will be hard pressed to find someone who works as hard as Amy. I think we had 10 open houses in the first 2 weeks our house went on the market. My wife and I have bought and sold 3 houses with Amy and I highly recommend her for your next sale or purchase.
