It may be a sellers market right now, however if you’re not priced right, it’s not going to sell. No matter how clean and freshly painted it is. Amy stayed on top of everything, including the area closing prices. She helped with decisions on what to keep/clear out, explained the process, professional pictures were taken, and basically kept things running smooth until the end. She had multiple open houses, and we were under contract in three days. Amy had an excellent rapport with the buyers agent as well. This is our third house to sell in 30 years, and this was the best experience out of the three. Since we had not decided on where to go afterwards, she made sure we weren’t rushed out of our house too quickly. I cannot say enough good words about her or her Better Life team! They are a team!

Austin and the surrounding areas are a tough market to buy in right now, but we closed on a home with the help of Amy in May of 2021.
