Amy was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and gave us excellent advice about pricing and how to conduct the marketing and sale of our property. She worked tirelessly during the negotiation process, including several days when she was out of town on a long-planned vacation to visit family. We could not have had more expert, responsive or hardworking representation.

My Wife and I met Amy a couple years ago at Our Local Parade of Homes .instantly there was partnership . I dont know what we would have done without Amy.She was informative and walked us thru everthing . We were in our home for 32 years. We bought new home and she was ther by our side all the way . We could call and communicate all the time , for us we needed that . I would recommend Amy . i iam greattful that Amy represented us . Amy was wonderful in helping us sell our house. She followed thru promptly with what she said she would do and communicated it to us. She was helpful with ideas about what would be appropriate to do and had a good list of resources/people to accomplish things we were unable to do ourselves. We certainly would not hesitate in referring our friends/family to her.

Lack of knowledge of everything. We were completely guided by friends and pulte builder. She was very greedy to grab her commission. Negotiating skill is zero. She wanted us to negotiate with builder rather than doing her job. Landed us on huge closing cost of around 16000$ and funny but true gave a “ personal loan” to do closing by channeling fund on her personal account. Beware of her. She got educated from our closing. First time owner with so much surprises was very painful and frustrating. She gave us a tip of $50 gift card by grabbing all funds from us.
