I highly recommend Amy Kerber. She had a sound strategy for how to price my home given there were identical homes for sale at the same time. She had professional photos taken which showed potential buyers my home in the best way possible. I had a good show of interest as soon as the house listed and after some skillful negotiating on Amy's part, I ended up selling to the very first person who saw it, in about a two week period. Amy made selling my home a very stress-free process.
