She was spot on in every aspect of the process including what the house could sell for and providing a spot on estimate on the funds I would receive at closing. She was flexible with showings, inspections and appraisals and was personally present at every step of the process. She negotiated with the buyer when things looked a little dicey and was able to save that deal with a backup offer in the pocket. She personally picked me up and drove me to the closing.
