Amy is a great agent - highly recommend

I hired Amy after receiving an offer to list from another agent in the area, for a price that I knew was way too high. My goal was to actually sell my home - not let it sit on the MLS, subjected to multiple price drops before it sold. I hired her because after researching her skills, I was confident she knew the market my home was in. She did a great job. She looked at comps and derived a price that I believe was fair. We had missed the "peak" of the market, so pricing it fairly was important. We had a couple offers that I knew were low, and she negotiated with both parties and ultimately received an offer that was within the range I was looking for. I think many agents will tell sellers what they want to hear, just to win the business. Amy doesn't do this. She's honest and will negotiate a fair deal for both parties.
