After our experience with her, Amy will be our agent for life. During the time that we were selling our home and looking for a new one, we had several family tragedies take place. On top of that, we were trying to buy a home in the CRAZIEST of markets. Homes were being bought up by cash buyers sight unseen. It was like the wild west out there, and Amy was our own personal Annie Oakley. When it came to listing our home, she was great at helping us decide what needed to be done and when. She gave us as much information as possible in a very organized and helpful way. She even offered to come over and vacuum or let our dogs out between showings if we couldn't make it. She understood that our family was our number one priority and took that into account when making arrangements for us. As far as finding our new home, she was an absolute TROOPER. She listened when we told her what we were looking for and curated a list of homes specifically for us. Since homes were flying off the market left and right, she understood the sense of urgency and acted accordingly. She also made sure to always remain open and honest with us about any issues we may run into with a specific home/seller so we always felt prepared before making any major moves. Although it took us a while to finally find a place, she always made us feel like we were her only clients. She answered the phone every time we called, and always made herself available if we wanted to see a new listing. Throughout the entire process, Amy always made it clear that she was on our team. She showed us in more ways than one that we could trust her to advocate for us at all times. She became a part of our family and will be our agent for life.

Amy was wonderful. We were moving from cross the country and she was great at giving us workable timelines, keeping us up to date with changes and deadlines.
