Amy is super knowledgeable. She knows her stuff. You won't feel as if you're missing any information. She answered so many different questions and thoughts. I felt like family immediately. She is super friendly, encouraging and supportive. She won't let you go into a house that she knows wouldnt be a good fit for you. There were times I wanted to give up and shed give me a motivational pep talk and id feel like a million dollars again. I cannot recommend her enough. You will have an amazing experience with her. She knows her stuff. I cannot emphasize that enough. She can educate and inform you of things that I dont think many agents would know off the top of their head. Now im in a beautiful home that im happy with in an amazing neighborhood. She’s great at her job and very personable with everyone she encounters. She helped me find a home that was just right for me and didn’t try to push me into buying something that I did not need. Amy is your go-to Maine realtor. She is a native of the landscape, but also has a deep appreciation for the properties she sells, and the individuals she is helping to achieve their goals. As young adults, home buying may be one of the most intimidating financial decisions to make, regardless of how much you truly want to be in the home of your dreams. That was not an issue for us, as Amy quickly stepped in and took charge to streamline our home buying process. She routinely even made herself available to respond to texts late into the evening hours as we approached the anxious pipeline of final closing. As I write this review from the kitchen table of my new home; I think the best takeaway from our experience, is that although she is a real estate agent, she truly becomes a friend in the process. We will be back to work with Amy to work on a Maine camp next!

My husband and I were moving from Alberta, Canada so we weren’t able to fly out to look at properties prior to the move. Not only were we unable to look at houses in person, but we’re also first time homebuyers. With Zillows and Red-fins, I think a lot of people fancy themselves a realtor. However we would never have found this property, or gotten it without the hard work and caring of Amy. I think when you’re buying in Maine it gives you a real leg up to have a native Mainer in your corner. An Agent willing to advocate for your best interests! Especially when you need to offer your left arm and first born to even get on the table! Luckily we came out with all of our appendages and the house of our dreams!
