Amy was wonderful to work with! She was always easy to reach by phone or message—even during her vacation week. She was never pushy and always made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We truly appreciated her support and highly recommend her!
My experience with buying my first home 100% wouldn't have been the same with any other realtor. Amy Jo Ferris is professional, quick to act, and calmly guides you every step of the way. When things start to seem like they won't work out she comes through with solutions! If you're new to the homebuying scene, or if you're looking to move to a new home, I can't recommend her enough!
Amy was amazing at every stage of the process! Very responsive and knowledgeable and is a must-have in your corner! 10/10 highly recommend
Amy was incredibly knowledgeable and was always available to answer all our questions. No wonder she is a Top Performer!
Amy was fantastic to work with and made the whole process a breeze. She made sure everything was in order and always kept us in the loop with what was going on. If you have a property to sell, we highly recommend her to get it sold quickly! We would certainly list with her again if we every need to sell!
She looked at our property & realizing that it needed some work, gave us a very fair target to try to sell it for us. She prepared the contract & started showing it right away. She was very professional & knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale, right up to & including the day of the closing. We'd definitely refer her to anyone we know who wants to buy or sell property.
