She was very flexible in implementing the plan. We actually moved up the date for showing the house because the interest in the "coming soon" announcement created tremendous interest. The technology the company uses markets the house wonderfully and the method to schedule showings allows the seller complete control over the process. There were 21 showings over one weekend and an offer was made and accepted the following Monday. I was truly amazed at how quickly the house sold.
