My wife and I were moving to Florida and we contacted Amy to help us to purchase home, We were not in the state and she did just about everything for us including sending us the newest listings every day to going to the homes we were interested in and giving us a virtual tour. In 2017 my mobile home was damaged by a hurricane. I had tried to get it repaired for 2 plus years. In February of this year a friend and I were discussing the problem. We decided that a new place was needed. We Contacted a Mortgage company and began looking. There were some specific have to have as I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. The mortgage company put us in touch with Amy, telling me she would know how to get the job done within the perimeters of the kind of loan I needed. She was very successful. Within 2 months I had a new home. She handled all the leg work, answered all the questions, got all the inspections finished, saw to it the repairs were made and kept me from panicking during the process. She went to the closing so I would not be alone. She even checked to see if I had help to move and then checked to see that I was moved and everything was okay with the house. I will recommend her to every one and would use her services again if needed.

When I decided to buy a home I called Amy she set time aside for us to go and look at houses we looked at four and I bought the last house we looked at. The whole process went very smooth there was no BS Amy answered all my questions and helped me get documents to my lender. When I go to buy another house Amy will be the first person I call.
