From our first interaction, to closing and beyond, she was immediately responsive in a very timely manner for any questions or concerns I had, no matter what time of day. She's very good at what she does, very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, she wants you to get what YOU'RE looking for, and helps you in every way possible. She guided me throughout the entire process, from the big details all the way to the smaller things, she's got them covered. Even after closing, when some agents might ignore the client, not Amy. I had a mailbox (community mailbox) issue that didn't get done by the developers. Within 15 minutes, problem solved. I worked with Amy for ~4-5 months searching for my first home. During this time Amy was always in touch, sending me potential options that fit my wants/needs. She showed me over a dozen homes and was very accommodating of my work schedule, even if that meant showings late at night or on weekends. She was always honest about true value of the homes and how quickly she thought they would sell, but never pushed me to make an offer on a home I wasn’t in love with. When I finally found my home, Amy made the purchasing process a breeze. As a first time homebuyer I had a ton of questions throughout the purchasing process and Amy was very patient and willing to answer them. During the inspection on my house, it was discovered that there were some issues with the plumbing and electrical. Amy scheduled contractors to provide bids on the work, met them at the house while I was at work, and coordinated the work to be done prior to my moving in. This was far beyond what I had expected from a real estate agent! But this is just the kind of agent Amy is. I would recommend her to anyone!
