How lucky I am to live and work as a Real Estate Agent on Cape Cod! After falling in love with Cape Cod in the 70s, it was inevitable that my family and I would make it our home. For me, the combination of the pristine coastal setting, rich history, and charming architecture make the Cape a unique and magical place to call home. To hear the creaking of wide pine floors in an 18th-century house, watch the crimson spectacle of a cranberry harvest, experience the sunsets, feel the cool wet sand at low tide, smell the salty air as storm clouds move in, and witness the splash of a whale fluke these are just some of the joys I savor every day on Cape Cod! I moved to the Cape after working in Africa for many years, first with the Peace Corps in Cameroon, and then after graduate school, with the International Rescue Committee assisting refugees in the Ivory Coast and Sudan. I have always been drawn to opportunities to listen to people and connect them to the information and resources they need. Being a Real Estate Agent allows me to combine the people and analytical skills of my first career with my personal passion for real estate and all things Cape Cod. I have been serving buyers and sellers since 2004, and I have professional training in both residential and commercial real estate. In 2023, I was invited to host a TV show called "The American Dream - Selling Boston." This privilege allows me to promote my listings to thousands of viewers on regional TV channels, streaming apps, as well as social media. To sell a listing at the highest sale price possible, I strive to ensure that buyers already have "stars in their eyes" even before they arrive to tour it! Creating that magic requires professional photography, a floor plan, a compelling description, and most importantly, a narrated video including aerial footage of the home in its very desirable setting! Amy is the ideal realtor

Amy is the ideal realtor. We have bought and sold a house with her and wouldn't have it any other way. She is open and honest, and highly knowledgeable re: the subtleties involved when buying and selling, which leads to a very competitive position for her clients. I highly recommend her over the many other realtors out there that are simply pushing paper.

Honestly can’t give Amy a high enough Review to adequately acknowledge the amazing professional job that she did for us! Her professional opinion was a sales strategy we had never tried but she certainly knew what she was doing! Our home sold for an amazing 50% over asking price! We had six offers after our first weekend of Open Houses. And on the following Tuesday we were contemplating six legitimate (over listing price!) offers. Amazing…amazing Amy.
