She is smart, she is very resourceful, she can provide you with a list of contractors, whether you need Painters, Plumbers, Electricians, she has a list of contractors that she can refer you to and you interview them and decide, if you want to use their services or not. She will go by your property and check on projects or help coordinate projects, just whatever is needed she is willing to help! She is very serious and sincere about helping her clients, she is very flexible and adaptable; Amy can easily and quickly make adjustments based on the situation.
