I hired Amy Green to sell a house that had been in my family since 1963. After talking to other realtors, we decided to hire Amy because my wife had remembered talking to her a couple of years ago and recalled how nice she was. The house had been rented and it was difficult to get our tenants out, but Amy stuck with us and helped and advised us through the process. Because I live out of state, I had to limit my trips to Michigan to make repairs prior to listing the house and it was even more complicated because of the Covid pandemic. Amy went out of her way to see all the repairs were done correctly when I could not be there and kept us informed on an almost daily basis. She face timed us so we could see what was happening with the repairs and advised on what I should focus on and what was ok not to spend money on. Because the house is a unique A-frame I was worried it could be hard to sell but she kept telling me that we’d find just the right buyer who would love the house, and in the end she was correct. Some realtors just want to sell your house quickly to get their commission and others may not want to bother with going out of their way as Amy did to ensure everything was ready to list the house. I think my wife and I became good friends with Amy, and we will miss talking to her. I highly recommend hiring Amy Green to be your realtor if you want someone you can trust and rely on to get the right price. If I was a buyer, I’d also hire her! Thanks for all your help Amy!
