Amy demonstrated good emotional intelligence from the first meeting I had with her over a year ago. Selling a house is more than just finding a buyer. Amy has strong communication skills (emails, tests, phone conversations, and meetings) and always followed up promptly with every detail. It is evident that she has experience and expertise, but her attunement to the "human" side of selling a house is exceptional. She provided support and always stayed on top of things to ensure the completion/closure of the house sale. I highly recommend her services and would employ her again for any real estate transaction.
