I inherited my mother’s home in Anthem, AZ and listed it in May 2022. I was extremely pleased with Amy's abilities as my realtor from start to finish. When I met with Amy initially, what resonated with me was her pragmatic approach to selling the home during a time when the market was rapidly changing. Her down-to-earth, friendly style put me at ease, as I quickly developed a sense of trust in her judgement and opinion. On Amy’s initial visit, she made recommendations as to what needed to be repaired and provided a list of people she has used in the past. In addition, she gave me advice on how to stage the home - making a special visit to walk through the house with me and providing direction on what to keep, change or get rid of. For me - her greatest asset is strong communication skills. I never felt uninformed - quite the opposite. With viewings, offers, counteroffers, inspections - Amy always called to explain details and options for path forward. Calls and texts were quickly returned, emails quickly responded to. Once the home was under contract and there was less activity as my awaited closing, Amy would touch base to let us know all was well and moving along. Amy also has a strong sense of customer service and was willing to do whatever was needed to support- she even got her husband to order and install missing sprinkler head covers just so I didn’t have to do it! I highly recommend Amy : )
