In this crazy market, Mike and I were blessed to find Amy. On the morning of 10/10/2020, we are out driving around our desired area and found a home that we wanted to check out. I texted Amy and she responded immediately that she was out of town, but would call the owners to see if they could show us the house. While we did not buy that home, Amy met with us to really understand what we wanted, got to know us and our goals. After what seemed like a lifetime of looking at what felt like 20 or so homes, we started to get defeated. I was on zillow all the time (which I know made her crazy because the portal is most up to date). On 11/1 we left a showing feeling a bit defeated and ready to take a break from looking, while driving away from that house in New River, I jumped on Zillow. Of course found a listing and texted Amy; Lo and behold it was available and vacant. She met us immediately and on 11/6 we were under contract! I have no idea how many texts, emails and phones calls were involved, however I am sure it is over 1000 we finally closed on 2/10. Between all the repairs, property split, APS meter split, the multiple times we needed to go out and measure - Amy kept us positive and taught us so much along the way! She is TRULY the best.
