Amy Gets 5 stars for everything! She was such a knowledgeable realtor --listing & selling my Lakewood home. Open communication, she would usually call me with updates before I even thought about asking her for one! She always had the latest from the buyers agent for me, as she was very good to keep in communication with the Buyers agent and all of the schedules for inspections etc. She doesn't miss a beat! So thankful to have had Amy sell my home of 37 years.

Amy went above and beyond to help us sell our house! She came over and advised us on what furniture we needed to thin out for home showings, what we needed to do to "spruce" up the house to attract buyers, and she even help stage the house once we were ready to show the home! Amy had a professional photographer come to take photos/video of our home, and had a "coming soon" sign up on the house a week before we were ready to go live on the MLS. She had over 10 people scheduled and lined up to see the property almost immediately (due to covid-19 we couldn't do open houses) and she had hand sanitizer, gloves, masks, and shoe booties for people to wear as they toured the house. We were so impressed with her marketing of our home and her responsiveness and care to our many texts and emails. She made selling our home less stressful. It was such a pleasure to work with Amy and form a friendship over the few weeks we had our house listed. Our house sold for above asking, and we couldn't be happier with Amy and our experience with Orange Nest Realty.

Amy was our agent on two transactions (home and business). Both sold quickly at asking price (business sold above asking). She is proactive, honest and fights for her clients. (We called her a little pit bull!) But super sweet and easy to work with. Best of all, she is in constant contact via phone, text and email.... we were never left in limbo.
