Where to begin, Amy was amazing and truly God sent to me! She guided me and explained every step of the process of selling my home to me and made sure I understood everything. If I had questions, she was literally a txt or call away and she would respond quickly as well. She would give input and advise when asked, even helped me find a carpet guy when we had a paint on carpet emergency! She was always checking in to see how I was feeling about the whole process of selling my home and if I was feeling overwhelmed or stressed about anything, then we'd talk about it. She was kind, understanding, more than willing to go over and above for me, which she did!! Amy listened to my requests for what I wanted and was dedicated and skilled in finding homes that met my requirements but we're still in my price range. She found and showed us many homes and was professional in the way she handled the bank and then the title company when the underwriters, who took forever,were processing the loan.
