Amy worked diligently during 6 weeks to help us get the investment house of our dreams. During the purchasing process, Amy consistently advised us to take the best course of action and provided us with all the resources to make an intelligent decision. For example, she recommended to do all the relevant home inspections and assisted with the selection and scheduling of the inspections. Then she followed up with the inspection reports and guided us on the next steps to decide if we (buyers) would fix ourselves any issues found or it would be seller’s responsibility. 
Amy has excellent negation skills and always had at least a couple of options with clear cons and pros based on timing and financing for us to consider. She set expectations for us to better understand the house market in our area, the legal process of acquiring a property and what pitfalls to avoid when buying a property. Amy was not only easy and fun to work with while buying our property but she also helped with getting assistance to rent our new investment home.
