Amy is an outstanding realtor. She went above and beyond all of our expectations. We live 7 hours away from the property. We had to sell this home as part of a family estate and I was worried that distance could be a problem. Her communication was awesome and she kept us very informed of absolutely everything. She came very prepared during the listing process and had already taken the time to research the property. Amy actually knew a lot more about the property than what we did:) She held several open houses and made sure to give us detailed information about how many people attended the open house, whether buyers were serious or not and suggestions for future open houses. We live in a much warmer state. Amy went out of her way to remind us that we needed to adjust the thermostat in the house and to winterize the sprinkler system when the temps got low. She kept us informed about maintenance issues with lawn care and was very helpful on recommending some very good people to help us with that. She is a very friendly person, knowledgeable and very professional. This is the 6th house that I have sold in my life and she is the very best realtor that I have ever had. Her communication during the listing, selling process and during closing was outstanding. She answered any and all questions that I asked immediately. When it came time for closing everything went very smooth and quickly. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone:)
