Amazing Turn Around - Closing 20 Days After Listing!

My siblings and I were selling our mom's house. We relied on Amy's knowledge of the the market to price the house appropriately. The listing price was higher than the price we had received from an appraisal. Four days after the house was listed for sale (and after reasonable negotiation) we had a verbal offer, and a signed contract on the fifth day. The house was empty which made closing 15 days after we had the contract possible. The sale went very quick, and Amy made sure all that was needed was taken care of without adding any stress to the process. While prepping the house for sale, Amy also assisted us in finding a painter, handyman, and power washer. Working with Amy was a pleasure. Her ability to strike a balance of being pleasant and happy while also maintaining a level of professionalism made working with her easy and enjoyable!
