We were moving from out of state. Having less than two weeks to find a home was daunting to say the least. Jessica Bellamy of the Carter Team immediately lightened the burden of the process. From the beginning before we even went out to Texas, Jessica immediately got us started on the KW app to get an idea of what we were looking for. She had a list ready to go when we arrived so we could hit the ground running. She took the time to really help us find something we wanted and didn't rest until we were happy. She has a working knowledge of the kinds of things to look out for in older homes. Not only was she easily available and did an amazing job at finding us a home, she was crucial in helping us stand out from the other multiple offers for the house. She kept us informed every step of the way and was able to answer all of our questions. Meanwhile, Keith Powell with Legacy Mutual was phenomenal in helping us get our loan and smoothly complete the process through closing despite the long distance. Jessica made sure the house was inspected and that any repairs that needed to be fixed were taken care of before closing. She continued to assist us even after. She was amazing while we were out of state getting ready for the move to Texas. She took it upon herself to freshen up the place even after the cleaners had been through. And she left a sweet house warming gift to greet us. Jessica went above and beyond what was expected and I am so grateful to her and Keith for making what could have been a nightmare into a smooth, positive experience. I think on top of it all, while Jessica's competence and know how is admirable, her caring and sincere nature was the cherry on top. We both mean it when we say Jessica is the best.

We really enjoyed working with Kevin Morris. He knows the ends and outs of buying and selling. He was easy to work with and made the process enjoyable.
