Amy moved from Upstate New York to Colorado in 1994 with a BS in Marketing and Business Management from SUNY Binghamton. After living in the Vail Valley for 5 years, she made Park County her home. It was here that Amy and her husband Tony raised their two (now young adult!) kids, teaching them how to camp, ski, snowboard, bike, hike, raft, fish and enjoy the mountains as much as they do! Now, their "child" is a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy named Atlas who already loves camping, rafting, hiking, cross country skiing and lots of other mountain activities... as long as it isn't TOO much work or TOO hot out!
Amy became a Realtor in 1999 and founded Caniglia Real Estate Group in 2005, the entire time focusing on the greater Alma/Fairplay/Breckenridge area. Today, decades later, Amy is trusted for her expertise, honesty and knowledge in the local real estate market. She is constantly furthering her real estate education and training to best serve her clients, and has earned such distinguished designations such as the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and SAS (Summit Area Specialist). Amy is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, the Summit Association of REALTORS® and the Residential Real Estate Council. She has served 3 terms on the Summit Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, the same Association that also voted her as REALTOR® of the Year. She was named "Best Real Estate Broker" 2 years in a row and "Best Real Estate Company" by the local newspaper.
