We've known about Amy as a realtor for many years. This was our first time to work with her directly. It was an excellent experience in all areas. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market and had excellent suggestions on how to prepare the home and how to list it. She didn't "tell" us what to do but she explained so we could make wise decisions. During the escrow process she followed up along the way and kept us informed.
