We have been out of the home buying market for over forty years and had many questions about the industry. We were looking to purchase a second home in the Central Oregon area, while living in the Willamette Valley. We initially did not have a realtor and began looking on Zillow and other realty websites for a home that fit our needs. We contacted Amy and she jumped in with both feet. She sent us multiple homes that were on the market in the areas that we were looking and met with us multiple times to go view them. She fit her schedule for us to travel from the Willamette Valley, even though she had out of town commitments of her own. Amy was always willing to assist us especially since we were out of the area. When we did locate a home to make an offer, Amy was very open to us making an offer that was well below the asking price. This particular house had been on the market for an extended time. During the negotiation stage Amy kept us appraised of the process and even though her scheduled vacation fell right in the middle of this process, she made sure we had the needed information and contacts to move forward. She took the time from her vacation to keep in touch with us and answer our many questions and to help move the sale forward. This was especially appreciated since her vacation spot was several hours out of our time zone. We were a cash buyer, using crypto, Amy did not hesitate to get involved even though crypto is relatively new technology especially for real estate purchases. Again, she was very helpful with the process of using this new technology.
