Professionalism: Amy Burnside is a consummate professional. She was friendly and organized. Amy gave us clear and concise information about what services she would provide for us and then she efficiently did what she said she would do . We had already started looking for our next home through online resources (real estate sites and apps) and Amy smoothly provided support and access to looking at properties we were interested in. Knowledge of Real Estate: We bought our home in Fairfield, CA, but we were also considering Napa. Amy was very knowledgeable about both areas we were considering moving to. She honestly shared her knowledge about the different neighborhoods in both cities. Amy's ability to negotiate really came through when we were in the process of negotiating the purchase because she was able to get the sellers to pay for most of what wanted them to pay for. There were multiple offers on the home we purchased but Amy's knowledge and expertise got our offer accepted. Overall Experience: Amy's experience made everything so easy for us. We can be a little finicky but she always made us feel like it was a pleasure working with us. We had no problem putting the purchase of our home into Amy's capable hands. She had current knowledge about all the multiple documents that she needed to be completed and she made the process smoother by using an electronic system which did not require us to complete the paperwork by driving to her office.
