I purchased my home at the end of 2024 and I wanted some luxury without the luxury price tag. Amy found me a renovated home, in an area where my daughter would have friends to play with. We’ve been here a year now and this home has met all of our needs. As a first time home buyer, I needed a lot of direction and Amy was very patient. 10/10

We really enjoyed working with Amy during the sale of our property!!! I’m so ashamed it has taken me this long to write a review. Yes, we have been busy with the move, but most importantly I have been trying to find the words to express my gratitude and admiration. She truly is amazing, as an agent and especially as a person!!! She went way above and beyond what was expected of her in every aspect of the process!!! Our sale was a bit difficult to say the least as we were involved with a relocation company through our employer so there were many obstacles Amy had to go through for us. There was an abundance of paperwork, emails, and calls that she had to navigate through with them. She worked extremely well between us and the relocation company, keeping us well informed through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable with establishing the list price and her market analysis. She talked to us about options regarding if/when to lower the price. She was always informative but never pushy. She met people at our property whenever they needed to get in since we were already gone. She helped us get things fixed that were found on the inspection. She was there for us anytime we needed her!!! If we had a question she would usually already know the answer but if she didn’t she would get it and get back to us in a very timely manner!!! She not only has a heart of gold but is a very intelligent, informative and attentive agent!!! We would highly recommend her!!! Hopefully we will get the chance to work with her again someday but we definitely have a dear friend for life!!!

I live over 3hrs away from the property that I hired Amy to sell for me, and I’m incredibly grateful that I found her. In representing my property, she inspected it thoroughly, made recommendations on repairs, found me contractors to do the repairs, and oversaw the renovation (even fixing some things herself). Amy cares deeply about her clients and doing the right thing for them. At the same time, she’s well-versed in negotiating and managing tense relationships. Amy Bruce is the most kind, considerate agent you could ever hire. She takes her time, puts your thoughts and opinions above everyone else's, provides you with many options, and bends her back to find the perfect fit for not only yourself but your family as well. Take it from me personally, I was a raging hormonal pregnant woman who was very impatient trying to find the right house as fast as possible. Amy took so much time, even from her personal life to show us all of our options from multiple counties around the area we were looking.
