Met Amy Brewster 5 years ago as selling agent of house that we considered buying. Bottom line, Amy has been patient over the last five years as we searched together for our ideal Montana home. Professional, courteous and always going the extra mile(and we are picky buyers...) Recently closed on a 3 acre property outside of Bozeman--our dream property--and from the beginning to final closing, Amy was there to navigate all details of the transaction. Highly recommend Amy for your real estate needs. Thank you Amy for all you've done for our family!

Amy is a great asset for Keller Williams! From the very start of our listing until our closing Amy was fully committed to doing everything possible in our best interest in the sale of our home. Always in communication with us as to what the current market was doing, possible potential buyers and always working for us in a outstanding professional manner. Amy's hard work ethic and unwavering commitment to doing the best she possibly can for her client's was very reassuring for us especially when confronted with some difficult situations in a somewhat unpredictable market. Not only do we feel that we could have not chosen anyone better to represent us in the sale of our home but also was a friendship created that will be there for many years to come. Thanks Amy! You are greatly appreciated!

What a hard worker! Amy rolled up her sleeves and quite literally got her hands dirty, helping us get ready for market. Along with her knowledge of the area, zoning laws, etc makes her a dynamo. A great choice!

Growing up in the Gallatin valley in a ranch/farm family gives Amy a unique perspective in helping us navigate 1031 exchange opportunities. This is the second time she has helped with a complicated transaction and we trust her with our family’s future. Highly recommend working with Amy!

Amy is wonderful. She definitely knows her business and had our best interest in mind always. The house sold so fast it was overwhelming for us, but she made us feel at ease, going above and beyond, helping us move out of our house so fast and getting the house ready for the new owners. She is a winner and the experience was a win win for all involved. THANK YOU Amy

In early May, my husband and I were in contract on the sale of our out-of-state home when I casually mentioned to Amy that I was potentially looking for replacement income property. She immediately began asking questions and making suggestions in an effort to narrow down our specific needs, and within a week she sent me a listing with apparent potential. She set up an appointment to see the rural property, and Amy’s ranching background helped us immediately assess the strengths and attributes of the property. Unexpectedly, the selling agent said she was presenting three offers the following morning, and Amy and I realized we needed to put together a quick and strong offer that afternoon. With Amy’s calm guidance in a rather stressful situation, we did just that and our offer was accepted! My husband and I have never had such an expeditious and seamless transaction, and we happily look forward to working with Amy for our future real estate needs!

Great experience. She's an awesome communicator and hardworking individual.

Amy was always available to communicate my concerns to the buyers and was familiar with my property within a day or two. Fastest closing on any property I have sold. Genuinely friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a house or land!

Amy is smart, regionally knowledgeable, resourceful and very thoughtful. Amy worked with us on the buyside and her guidance and support throughout the process was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to any family member, friend or stranger seeking strong, dependable representation in this real estate market.

Amy Brewster took on the challenge of picking up the pieces following a realtor, let go, by me. So Amy took charge in her very professional manner and got my condominium back on the market. She advertised in every possible manner and had fabulous photos taken from different angles with a more detailed focus. She scheduled Open Houses and helped with arrangements and finishing touches. Amy was very thorough to keep me informed and up to date. She printed out copies of everything I might like to have for my record keeping. It’s always tricky to have multiple showings when the home is still being lived in. I had to keep it picked up and spotless. Having a new puppy was an added challenge. But Amy coped with every sticky situation in a positive manner and kept the goal in the forefront. There was no time to waste if we were going to catch the wave of high prices in Bozeman last Fall, 2022. A buyer seemed solid, but we had to wait for financing to be secured. When that came through, they wanted the condo sooner than expected with their first request for a closing date. I had to get a mover and get packed 14 days sooner. That was a crunch and a very tense time for Amy. But she kept the ball rolling, made several trips to get boxes, kept everyone moving and didn’t panic, like me. We had snow and -4 degree temperatures the day the truck packed me out. It was a frigid scramble. And there was Amy to cheer us on and pitch in. There’s no job too tough for Amy. We were so close to the finish line. Then there was the final carpet cleaning and super cleaning for the new owners. Amy was there, for the final check out, so my daughter and I could get on the road to Arizona. Whenever there was a need, Amy was there to see it through. She even picked me up and drove me to the Closing. Which went exactly as expected and planned by Amy. No surprises! Selling and moving is a difficult time for everyone. Amy saw it go smoothly, to the end. If I sell again, I want Amy Brewster.
