In early May, my husband and I were in contract on the sale of our out-of-state home when I casually mentioned to Amy that I was potentially looking for replacement income property. Amy Brewster took on the challenge of picking up the pieces following a realtor, let go, by me. So Amy took charge in her very professional manner and got my condominium back on the market. She advertised in every possible manner and had fabulous photos taken from different angles with a more detailed focus. She scheduled Open Houses and helped with arrangements and finishing touches. Amy was very thorough to keep me informed and up to date. She printed out copies of everything I might like to have for my record keeping. It’s always tricky to have multiple showings when the home is still being lived in. I had to keep it picked up and spotless. Having a new puppy was an added challenge. But Amy coped with every sticky situation in a positive manner and kept the goal in the forefront. There was no time to waste if we were going to catch the wave of high prices in Bozeman last Fall, 2022. A buyer seemed solid, but we had to wait for financing to be secured. When that came through, they wanted the condo sooner than expected with their first request for a closing date. I had to get a mover and get packed 14 days sooner. That was a crunch and a very tense time for Amy. But she kept the ball rolling, made several trips to get boxes, kept everyone moving and didn’t panic, like me. We had snow and -4 degree temperatures the day the truck packed me out. It was a frigid scramble. And there was Amy to cheer us on and pitch in. There’s no job too tough for Amy. We were so close to the finish line. Then there was the final carpet cleaning and super cleaning for the new owners. Amy was there, for the final check out, so my daughter and I could get on the road to Arizona. Whenever there was a need, Amy was there to see it through. She even picked me up and drove me to the Closing. Which went exactly as expected and planned by Amy. No surprises! Selling and moving is a difficult time for everyone. Amy saw it go smoothly, to the end. If I sell again, I want Amy Brewster.
