Amy helped the reviewer sell this property

Hats off to AMY BOYER, a job well done for four sisters in Delaware!

AN OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE THANKS TO AMY BOYER! We worked with Amy Boyer from Patterson Schwartz, during our recent sale of our parent's home. We appreciated all her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism, and communication skills from beginning to end. When issues arose that were beyond her control, she remained engaged, followed up consistently, and kept us updated even when the progress was limited. She provided thoughtful guidance and her input was always welcome. She remained respectful to all four sisters throughout this challenging situation. We all felt listened to, encouraged, and well informed through the process. We had over five seasoned realtors, but unfortunately weren't not able to get us to the finish line. Amy's determination to help us get our parents home sold became a reality in less than a month! Hats off to Amy Boyer from Patterson Schwartz for sealing the deal and getting the buyer and the four sisters, the sellers to the signing table. Thank you Amy, God used you to be our lifeline, and bring closure to a bittersweet saga.
