Amy is a lifesaver! Having only a single 3-day weekend to fly in to MA for house hunting (from NC) would have been impossible if not for her service and care. She picked us up from our hotel in Boston every day and took us to a variety of local areas until we found the city and condo that was just right for us. Moreover, after viewing our reaction to a few properties, Amy was able to anticipate our needs and must-haves in a new home. At the end of the weekend, she dropped us off at the airport and set to work designing a strong offer on our top two choice properties. A week or so later - we were under contract! Since actually moving to MA, Amy has checked in and even stopped by with a basket of goodies from our new local downtown shopping area as a "Welcome to the neighborhood."
