Amy Bissonette took control of the sale process weeks before we had even signed a contract, arranging for repairs and painting to be done to get the house ready for sale. A number of almost identical houses in our community went on the market simultaneously, and sales were very stagnant at first, but when we lowered our asking price we got a lot of offers. Amy skillfully guided us through a number of abortive sales, identified the most promising buyers, and completed the sale. Beginning to end she was smart about complex, changing market conditions, and kept us informed through some very labyrinthine negotiations.
