If I had a question about anything (and I definitely had many) about closing cost, home inspection info, what this and that meant, Amy answered it or helped to get it answered for me and right away I may add. After making the offer and it had been accepted, Amy had everything scheduled for me: home inspection, survey, septic within the time period and she put together an amazing home buyers book with all contacts, purveyors, pertinent info and copies of all invoices.
