Joey and Amy Bernard are awesome! This is our very first home purchase, and the two of them made it so simple and stress free for us! We didn't have any idea where we wanted to go, and the two of them bounced all over the area with a smile and incredible patience until we found the perfect place to call home. They are always available to answer questions, no matter when you have them, and are a wealth of knowledge. I would sometimes call, not realizing the time, and Amy would gladly take the time to answer whatever trivial or major questions I had. Amy was proactive in staying on top of every step along the way and ensuring all the requirements and time frames were satisfied. We were always met with a smile and knew she listened to exactly what we wanted as we searched for our home. I've always heard purchasing a home can be exhausting and stressful, but Joey and Amy made the entire process exciting and easy. We couldn't be more thrilled with our experience with them and are ecstatic about our new home. We have already recommended them to family and friends, and if we are ever looking to sell or purchase a home again down the road they will be the only phone call we make.
