Amy gave full attention to us when we were selling our home. Initially, she came to our home and offered experienced suggestions on how the home should look for a showing. I was amazed at how attentive and knowledgeable she really is. She prepared us wonderfully for each step of the process. We always felt very confident in her knowledge, because she always did her homework, and would update us constantly with new information pertinent to our situation. But Amy's strong point was her negotiation skills! She was confident and strong in her decisions, and it made all the difference as we were entering into the actual selling process.
