My parents passed away and we listed their home with Amy and David Bales. They were so awesome to work with. Very sensitive to our feelings too. It was hard to let go of since this place had so many special memories. The property was in a rural area. They got it listed super fast with gorgeous professional photos. It was only on the market for a little over a week before we got a full price offer. They kept us informed of every showing, and there was a lot of them as well as several offers. They communicated well with us through each step of the process, keeping us informed of what was going on. The buyers were a perfect fit for our parents home, which made it so much easier to let go of the property. They knew this was a special place and they had us (Me & my Sisters) a gorgeous canvas photo book made of the home and all of the photos in the listing. What a special keepsake.
