Persistent and deferential but highly knowledgeable

Looking for a house in this hot southern California market is difficult. We aggressively pursued properties which required Amy to be persistent and efficient. She was deferential in the way she communicated with us, letting us express our views before providing her own. She really wanted us to find a house we were happy with, which we did!
