I was highly impressed by Amy Allen's professionalism and deep knowledge of the market and real estate laws. She was always easy to reach and quick to respond. There were moments when I got overwhelmed with the pressures of buying a new home, and Amy was always able to calm me down and help me gain perspective. There were some special circumstances with my situation and she did a lot of extra research to make sure that she gave me the best possible advice, and there were several occasions when she saved me a lot of money. There were also some challenging people involved with the seller, and I always knew that Amy had my back and would represent me firmly and professionally. Finally, I was really touched by how much Amy genuinely cared about finding the perfect house for me - she really took the time to understand what I wanted and she did everything she could to make my dream come true. Amy Allen as my real estate agent was very transparent, insightful, helpful and was on top of her game. She made sure that my home buying experience was smooth and easy.
