Amals communication style is unmatched, if I call her or text her within the same 30 seconds, she either answers or response to me or my wife’s text. Amal told us that she was in the Real Estate game for 22 years!! if me and my wife are being completely honest, we knew that from way before she even told us. Her market knowledge is out of this world she knows which properties will be a better investment in the future and vice versa. Let’s just stay with her negotiation skills. We are not paying the price that was originally on the market. Actually during our negotiation, I gave her a price and she went $15,000 under what I asked for and we nailed it.
